fermin benedetti No, it's not Plum Island, it's a place in Northern California a few miles away from Willits CA. On separate occasion better than a 100 miles away I encountered a charcoal black pit viper, fortunately I wasn't bitten, I was just lucky. . The inside of it's mouth was deep red in color having fangs forward in its mouth like a Black Mamba, the fangs didn't appear as sheathed fangs rather instead they were unsheathed which was evident because the creature tried to bite me several times in so doing providing me with a good look inside its mouth. . I tried long and hard at identifying the species without any luck. . I still feel lucky to this very day I wasn't bitten by that deadly creature. . These TWO encounters are the only ones I had involving (undocumented) venomous snakes. Lesson learned: Roaming about in remote hinterlands should not be undertaken lightly.

AMAZING! Leopard, Hyena & Warthog: An Unlikely Outcome 2016

Did two mortal enemies team up to get themselves dinner? Judge for yourself as you watch this rare interaction between a leopard, hyena and warthog. A normal sighting of the Ravenscourt male leopard turned into this incredible interaction as he spotted a pair of warthog in the long grass. The leopard started to stalk the warthog. Eventually the hunt was succesful in that the leopard managed to ambush and grab one of the warthogs. The second warthog reacted to the squeals of the first as the leopard tried to deliver a killing blow. A hyena also reacted to the squealing warthog and the remaining warthog ran off as the leopard continued to try and subdue the prey. The hyena's presence caused the leopard to lose concentration and the warthog fought back. The warthog escaped the grip of the leopard and charged at the hyena before running off. The hyena chased the warthog, leaving the leopard to recover his breath. The mortally wounded warthog charged the hyena again before dying. The hyena started to feed on the warthog as the leopard watched from a distance. The leopard started to approach the hyena from behind, perhaps in the hope the hyena would get a surprise and leave the warthog long enough for the leopard to snatch back. The hyena ignored the leopard and continued to eat the warthog. The leopard approached to within striking distance of the hyena which moved around the warthog carcass slightly. The leopard moved onto the warthog kill and started to feed together with the hyena! Leopards have been known to kill hyenas, and vice versa. Leopards hardly ever feed on kills together, not even mother and cubs. To see two such enemies feeding together is an incredibly rare sighting!

Lions Kill two Buffalo in Addo reserve,South Africa 2016

I can understand its natures rule but at least when you witness these incidences try to save poor animal , don't just have a fun looking at it dying .Lions used many hunting tactics and are not strictly ambush hunters. At least for the second male lion, he made a chase to get his kill.The people filming can talk as much as they want , I'm just glad people post their videos so others can watch wild animals in the wild doing what wild animals do !

Pythons at Alligator Pond 07 - Dangerous Animals in Florida

A large Burmese Python is drinking water and curious about a small alligator. Alligators are opportunistic feeders and have been know to prey on snakes, including venomous snakes such as cottonmouth and rattlesnakes. But they also prey on larger snakes, such as the invasive Burmese Python in Florida. Killing such powerful snakes can turn out fatal even for a fully grown alligator. Alligators prefer to drown their prey and would keep it submerged for a few minutes before swallowing it whole. This killing technique might work well with birds and most mammals but it doesn’t work as well for snakes, which can stay underwater for about thirty minutes. Alligator Eats Python was filmed by Heiko Kiera aka Ojatro in South Florida in 2014.

Socking battle to the death between Buffalo and Lion

http://bit.ly/2dc8eD5 South Luangwa National Park, a male lion who had given him the name "Ringo" or "Limpy" in the local language has been separated for a few months of his herd; the vigilante group of Kaingo and Mwamba camps are following up on this issue since September 2014, apparently in the first sightings looked ill and with some kind of skin infection (probably scabies), their behavior during sightings of those months was erratic and strange so they knew he was sick. Weeks passed without the return to see until one day during a raid herds of lions park groups against a buffalo, they saw him, they realized he was still alive. He fought with the buffalo herds, but he did so lonely without regroup with his herd. He attacked, ate alone and leave.

After several sightings, reserve guards noticed that Ringo was definitely installed in Mwanga, separated from the territory of the other lions field. It was obvious he had chosen this place to end his days; his appearance was regrettable and was in a state of starvation. In that area a river of fresh and abundant water flowed, and the Lion had decided to stay there. We even saw a female abate Buffalo and end it by drowning in the river, but had bad luck and could not eat much of it that sank into the bed of the river channel. Still, the guards saw him as he kept his prey on the shore hoping to get it back.

Networks exist in many films about battles between lions and buffalo, but this is the life vision of two gladiators in the animal world fighting for survival. The fight lasted an hour and a half, and although the buffalo was healthy, could not end the battle quickly, Ringo, the lion knew dodge and wait for the moment to try to attack the buffalo, still twice photographers and guards listened as Buffalo horns entered the chest cavity of the lion and broke bones with the characteristic sound that warranted.

After the battle, the female Buffalo managed to leave, and Ringo was left under the bush of the latest images, the sun was already falling and probably Ringo, I would never go to see the dawn of this world.
